Job Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A and 3+ months of current experience required
  • must be 21 years or older
  • must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
  • this lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees
  • reliable transportation to work as trucks cannot be taken home

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • minimum of 3 months current CDL-A driving experience
  • strong knowledge of regional routes and delivery requirements
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery schedules
  • physical ability to assist with pallet jacking if needed
  • clean driving record and compliance with DOT standards

Job Duties

  • Drive assigned dedicated regional route to Harbor Freight locations in Washington, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, California, and Montana
  • operate top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks with safety and efficiency
  • maintain regular communication with dispatch and customers to ensure timely and proper deliveries
  • follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
  • manage no-touch freight operations with assistance from customers where necessary
  • conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections according to company standards
  • maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries and work hours
