Job Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum of three months current driving experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening
- Residency within 100 miles of Gilroy, CA or Colton, CA
- Must have personal transportation if residing in Southern California near Colton terminal
- Not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum of three months recent driving experience
- Proven ability to handle live load and unload freight
- Strong dedication to safety and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively in a team driving environment
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Transport expedited refrigerated freight to designated distribution centers
- Ensure live loading and unloading of freight without physical handling
- Operate top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain consistent and timely deliveries while earning safety and on-time bonuses
- Collaborate with team drivers or be matched with a teammate as a solo driver
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold professional integrity on the dedicated route
