Job Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Three or more months of current driving experience
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen
- Residency within 100 miles of Gilroy, CA or Colton, CA
- Personal transportation if living in Southern California
- Not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum of 3 months current driving experience
- Ability to safely operate automatic transmission trucks
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to work in a team driving environment or willingness to be matched with a teammate
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Transport expedited refrigerated freight to various distribution centers
- Maintain safety standards and deliver excellent customer service
- Operate top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks
- Follow live load and live unload procedures
- Complete deliveries across designated states and return to California with loads
- Collaborate effectively as part of a driving team or be matched with a teammate
- Ensure on-time delivery and qualify for safe and on-time bonuses
