Job Requirements

  • class a commercial driver’s license with tanker endorsement
  • minimum of one-year tractor-trailer driving experience
  • good commercial and personal driving record
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • willingness to work nights and weekends
  • ability to operate manual transmission preferred

Job Duties

  • drive tanker trucks safely and efficiently to deliver bulk gases to customers
  • maintain professionalism and represent Messer positively in all interactions
  • perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
  • comply with federal, state, and company regulations regarding transportation and safety
  • manage paperwork and delivery documentation accurately
  • communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
  • participate in safety training and adhere to company safety protocols
