Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 22 years of age
- One year recent over-the-road (OTR) experience for company drivers
- Six months recent over-the-road (OTR) experience for lease drivers
- No substance abuse programs within the last 10 years
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license
- Minimum of 1 year recent over-the-road driving experience for company drivers
- Minimum of 6 months recent over-the-road driving experience for lease drivers
- Ability to comply with federal DOT regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Clean driving record and commitment to safety
- Physical ability to perform driver duties including vehicle inspection
Job Duties
- Operate commercial Class A tractor-trailers safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations governing transportation and safety
- Transport 100% no-touch dry van freight with a focus on drop and hook deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and maintain professional customer interactions
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
- Utilize modern equipment and technology to optimize route planning and delivery times
