Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- at least 22 years of age
- 1 year recent OTR experience for company drivers
- 6 months recent OTR experience for lease drivers
- no substance abuse programs within the last 10 years
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of safety and fuel-efficient driving practices
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- strong communication skills with dispatch and clients
- clean driving record with no recent substance abuse issues
Job Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
- transport dry van freight with 100% no-touch loads
- perform drop-and-hook deliveries for approximately 60% of routes
- adhere to all federal and state trucking regulations
- maintain clear and timely communication with dispatchers
- ensure accurate delivery documentation and logs
- participate in safety programs and earn safety incentives
