Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 22 years of age
- One year recent OTR experience for company drivers
- Six months recent OTR experience for lease drivers
- No participation in substance abuse programs within the last 10 years

- Minimum one year recent over-the-road (OTR) experience for company drivers
- Minimum six months recent OTR experience for lease drivers
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols and company policies
Job Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
- transport dry van freight with 100% no-touch policy
- adhere to all federal and state transportation laws and regulations
- manage drop and hook deliveries with 60% frequency
- maintain accurate logs and records for compliance
- communicate effectively with dispatch and cargo handlers
- ensure timely delivery of freight while maximizing on-road earnings
