Job Requirements

  • CDL-A
  • 12 months recent and verifiable tractor/trailer experience
  • Ability to obtain tank endorsement
  • Doubles/triples endorsement
  • Ability to work long hours and stay on the road for 10 to 14 days at a time
  • Willingness to comply with all DOT regulations
  • Ability to pass DOT physical exam
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Valid class-A commercial driver’s license
  • Experience driving tractor-trailers for at least 12 months
  • Ability to obtain tank endorsement
  • Possession of doubles/triples endorsement
  • Basic computer skills to use automated loading systems
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance
  • Good communication and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Transport liquid bulk product over land to and from dairy farms and processing plants
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
  • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
  • Input macros into automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process
  • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations including size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods as well as company policies and procedures
  • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
  • Collect and verify delivery instructions
  • Report defects, accidents or violations
