- must have at least one year of verifiable flatbed driving experience
- must be 22 years of age or older
- no more than two accidents in the last three years
- no more than two moving violations in the last three years
- valid cdl-a license required
- ability to work full-time or part-time hours
- must pass a background check and drug test

- operate flatbed trucks safely
- drive local routes and be home daily
- perform tarping and secure cargo
- complete multiple stop deliveries efficiently
- adhere to all DOT safety regulations
- communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- participate in paid orientation and training programs
