Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class A Commercial Driver's License with no restrictions and HazMat and Tanker endorsements
- Minimum three years of commercial driving experience compliant with federal and DOT regulations
- Minimum three years of an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Willingness to travel 3-5 days per week
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
- No immigration sponsorship offered
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class A Commercial Driver's License with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
- Three years of commercial driving experience compliant with FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Three years of an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
- Preferred experience with forklifts and chemical delivery equipment
- Knowledge of hazardous materials transportation regulations
- Ability to maneuver bulk tankers and trailers in confined spaces
Job Duties
- Safely operate delivery trucks including tractor-trailers within a 500 to 700-mile radius
- Maintain driver hours of service using Samsara and/or paper logbooks
- Schedule daily delivery runs to meet customer requirements
- Perform daily and periodic mechanical and safety inspections of vehicles and equipment
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and homeland security guidelines when transporting hazardous materials
- Communicate regularly with sales and supervisors regarding field issues and safety hazards
- Follow Zero Defect Delivery procedures and maintain appropriate safety gear during operations
