Job Requirements
- Interstate Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement or will obtain within 120 calendar days of hire with cleared background check
- Minimum 30 months experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the last 4 years or successful completion of Walmart Fleet Development Academy Program
- No more than two moving violations while operating any motor vehicle in the last 3 years
- No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial vehicle in the last 3 years
- No preventable accidents while operating commercial motor vehicle in last 3 years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents in last 10 years
- No preventable accident resulting in fatality or catastrophic injury
- Must currently live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or willing to establish residence within 90 days
- Ability to pass required drug and background screenings
- Must meet all Department of Transportation regulations and Walmart safety standards
Job Qualifications

- No serious traffic violations in the last three years
- No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three years
- Ability to relocate or reside within 250 miles of the assigned facility within 90 days
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Make no touch freight deliveries of merchandise to Walmart locations within the region
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean driving record
- Deliver freight on time to meet customer service expectations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management
- Participate in Walmart driver programs such as the Referral, Rider, and Driver Mentor programs
- Maintain vehicle condition and report maintenance issues promptly
- Uphold Walmart's brand and values while driving
