Job Requirements
- Interstate Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 120 days
- minimum 30 months full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience in last 4 years or successful completion of Walmart Fleet Development Academy
- no more than two moving violations in last 3 years
- no serious traffic violations in last 3 years
- no preventable accidents in last 3 years
- no preventable DOT recordable accidents in last 10 years
- no preventable fatal or catastrophic accidents
- must live within 250 miles of assigned facility or relocate within 90 days
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Make no touch freight deliveries of merchandise to Walmart locations within the region
- adhere to safety standards and company policies while driving
- manage time and route efficiently to ensure on-time deliveries
- maintain accurate documentation related to deliveries and compliance
- participate in training and development programs as required
- communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics teams
- perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
