Job Requirements
- interstate commercial driver’s license class A with hazmat endorsement or will obtain within 120 days of hire
- minimum of 30 months experience in full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving in the last 4 years or completion of Walmart Fleet Development Academy
- no more than two moving violations in last 3 years
- no serious traffic violations in last 3 years
- no preventable accidents in last 3 years
- no preventable DOT recordable accidents in last 10 years
- no preventable accident resulting in fatality or catastrophic injury in driving history
- must currently live within 250 miles of assigned facility or willing to establish residence within 250 miles within 90 days
- commitment to customer service and safety standards
- positive team player attitude
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- make no touch freight deliveries of merchandise to Walmart locations within the region
- maintain a safe driving record by adhering to all safety protocols and traffic laws
- provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- operate Class A tractor trailers efficiently and responsibly
- participate in driver mentorship and training programs as needed
- represent Walmart values and commitment to safety on the road
- communicate effectively with dispatch and Walmart management
