Job Requirements
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 120 calendar days
- Minimum 30 months of full-time Class A tractor/trailer experience in the last 4 years or completion of Walmart Fleet Development Academy Program
- Safe driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years
- No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents in last 10 years
- No preventable accidents causing fatality or catastrophic injury
- Must reside within 250 miles of the assigned facility or willing to relocate within 90 days
- Must pass a cleared background check
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and team collaboration
- Ability to handle no touch freight deliveries efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain within 120 days
- Minimum of 30 months full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience in the last 4 years or successful completion of Walmart Fleet Development Academy Program
- Safe driving record with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years
- No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years
- No preventable accidents while operating commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 10 years
- No preventable accident resulting in fatality or catastrophic injury
- Must live within 250 miles of assigned facility or willing to relocate within 90 days
- Commitment to customer service and timely deliveries
- Positive team player attitude with dedication to the company values
Job Duties
- Make no touch freight deliveries of merchandise to Walmart locations within the region
- Adhere to scheduled routes and maintain on-time delivery performance
- Uphold high safety standards and maintain a clean driving record
- Manage required documentation and comply with DOT regulations
- Participate in safety and training programs
- Represent Walmart professionally and uphold company values on the road
- Collaborate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure efficient deliveries
