Job Requirements
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain within 120 days
- Minimum 30 months of full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience in the previous 4 years or successful completion of Walmart Fleet Development Academy Program
- No more than two moving violations in the last three years
- No serious traffic violations in the last three years
- No preventable accidents in the last three years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last ten years
- No preventable accidents resulting in fatality or catastrophic injury
- Residency within 250 miles of the assigned facility or willingness to establish residence within 90 days
- Ability to pass background checks
- Commitment to positive team attitude and customer service
Job Qualifications
- Interstate Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain within 120 days
- Minimum of 30 months experience in full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving within the last 4 years or successful completion of Walmart Fleet Development Academy Program
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations or preventable accidents
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or willingness to relocate
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Make no touch freight deliveries of merchandise to Walmart locations within the region
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean driving record
- Manage and document all required driving logs and reports
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and Walmart facilities
- Follow all federal, state, and local driving regulations
- Maintain professionalism and represent Walmart with pride
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
