Job Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- Must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently
- Physical ability to lift, push, or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to converse, understand highway signs, respond to inquiries, and complete documentation
- Physical ability to handle freight weighing 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Customer delivery experience preferred
- Hand cart/hand truck experience preferred
- Food and Beverage industry experience preferred
- Consistent work history preferred
Job Duties
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
- Manually unload and deliver various products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- Follow assigned route schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Understand and meet customer needs and expectations
- Maintain accurate delivery and inspection records
- Adhere to all safety and transportation regulations
