Job Requirements
- valid CDL A license
- minimum 21 years of age
- 1 year driving experience preferred
- safe driving record with no serious convictions in the last 5 years
- no DUIs or OWIs in last 5 years
- registration with FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- successful DOT pre-employment drug test and physical
- able to pass MVR and background screening
- basic knowledge of temperature-controlled food transport preferred
- proficiency in smartphone/tablet and ELD use
- adaptability to changing routes and schedules
- strong customer-oriented attitude
- basic vehicle mechanical knowledge
- reside within 50 miles of Scarborough, ME
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must have a valid CDL A license
- 1 year verifiable driving experience preferred
- proven safe driving record with no serious convictions in the last 5 years
- no DUIs or OWIs within the last 5 years
- registered with the FMCSA’s Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- able to pass DOT drug test, physical, MVR, and background screen
- basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation preferred
- able to use smartphones or tablets for logging
- flexible with changing routes and schedules
- possess strong customer service skills
- general understanding of vehicle mechanics
- live within 50 miles of Scarborough, ME
Job Duties
- deliver products safely and on time within the Scarborough, ME area
- stock trucks with products
- drive to stores and warehouses
- unload products at delivery locations
- maintain accurate logs using ELD devices
- communicate vehicle issues and perform basic repairs
- display excellent customer service and professionalism
