Job Requirements
- Cdl class a license
- 12 months of verified otr driving experience within the last 3 years
- Must meet fmCSA requirements
- Ability to manage business operations as an independent driver
- Strong communication skills
- Must be safety oriented with clean driving record

- Strong understanding of FMCSA requirements and compliance
- Ability to manage business operations and financial decisions for independent trucking
- Good communication and time management skills
- Commitment to safety and maintaining excellent driving records
Job Duties
- Choose your pay option between percentage of total revenue or per-mile plus fuel surcharge
- Operate fuel-efficient Freightliner Cascadia trucks with auxiliary power units
- Participate in a Lease Program with flexible terms including no credit check and no money down
- Manage your own trucking business with support for LLC setup
- Utilize guaranteed maintenance programs with access to free loaner trucks during repairs
- Engage in efficient freight operations including customer-direct, drop and hook, and no-touch loads
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies
