Job Requirements
- Current CDL-A license minimum two years
- OTR experience
- No more than three moving violations in last three years
- No more than two preventable accidents in last three years
- Pass individual driver record review
- Ability to operate trucks with automatic transmissions

- Clean driving record with limited moving violations and preventable accidents
- Ability to operate automatic transmission trucks
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Business-minded attitude and commitment to lease purchase agreement terms
Job Duties
- Operate refrigerated trailers efficiently and safely
- Maintain compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Manage freight using dedicated fleet management support
- Utilize pre-loaded trailers to maximize delivery efficiency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams
- Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate maintenance under warranty
- Adhere to all safety and operational policies
