Job Requirements
- 21 years or older
- CDL A license
- 12 months of CDL A truck driving experience
- Experience in flatbed truck driving
- Securement training program completion preferred
- Ability to work full-time
- Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered pursuant to applicable laws
Job Qualifications
- CDL-A license
- Minimum 12 months of flatbed truck driving experience
- Knowledge of flatbed freight securement techniques
- Ability to pass background checks pursuant to federal, state, and local laws
- Capable of managing independent contractor responsibilities
- Familiarity with lease purchase program benefits and procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Operate flatbed trucks safely and efficiently
- Manage loading and securement of freight
- Maintain compliance with federal and state transportation regulations
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Manage lease purchase program requirements and maintenance schedules
- Ensure timely delivery of freight
