Job Requirements
- CDL A license
- 2+ years of recent driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Experience with flatbed and Moffett equipment is a plus
- Physical ability to perform job tasks
- Willingness to work local routes with a light touch handling
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
- Minimum of 2 years recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Knowledge of flatbed and Moffett equipment handling is preferred
- Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years
- Ability to comply with DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Strong communication and record-keeping skills
Job Duties
- Safely operate CDL-A and CDL-B flatbed on local routes
- Transport roofing materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks including unloading with Moffett
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role including lifting, climbing, strapping, and tarping
