Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Class A CDL license at hire
  • Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds
  • Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage including marijuana and a background check
  • Clean driving record as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
  • Registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent

Job Qualifications

  • Class A CDL license at hire
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible night shifts and regional routes
  • Successful completion of drug test and background check
  • Familiarity with Department of Transportation regulations

Job Duties

  • Deliver food products to regional chain restaurants and customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle with a Class A CDL license
  • Load and unload cases weighing up to 100 pounds using ramps and two-wheelers
  • Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards
  • Complete all deliveries on assigned routes, including occasional overnight trips
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate effectively with dispatch and management
