Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid Class A CDL license at hire
- Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads up to 350 pounds
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs throughout the shift
- Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Successfully pass a drug test including marijuana and background check
- Clean driving record as required by DOT and GFS standards
- Registered with Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license at time of hire
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs consistently throughout shift
- Experience operating two-wheel carts with loads up to 350 pounds
- Proficient in English for communication, reading, and writing
- Strong customer service skills
- Clean driving record compliant with DOT and company standards
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
Job Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles safely to deliver food products to customers
- Unload cases weighing up to 100 lbs and use ramps and two-wheel carts during deliveries
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation and company safety regulations
- Communicate effectively by reading labels, pick lists, scanners, and following verbal instructions
- Complete all required paperwork and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
