Job Requirements

  • 6 months or more of tractor trailer experience
  • valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A required
  • proven experience as a tractor trailer truck driver with a clean driving record
  • familiarity with GPS devices and navigation tools
  • strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients
  • 2005 or newer tractor

  • proven experience as a tractor trailer truck driver with a clean driving record
  • familiarity with GPS devices and navigation tools
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • experience operating a 2005 or newer tractor
  • minimum six months of tractor trailer driving experience

Job Duties

  • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules efficiently
  • perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment
  • maintain accurate records and other expenses
  • ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding transportation
  • communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status
  • operate company owned chassis
  • provide reliable local freight service with home nightly
  • participate in Monday through Friday runs with additional weekend work available
