Job Requirements
- Must be available for the entire season
- Ability to work long irregular hours including weekends
- Experience in culinary arts or relevant cooking experience
- Knowledge of nutrient-dense meal preparation
- Ability to maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in cooking and culinary preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Culinary arts degree preferred but not required
- Passion for nutrition especially in a sports context
Job Duties
- Execute daily high-quality cooking for players and staff ensuring consistency and proper presentation
- Maintain a clean organized and health-code-compliant kitchen following safety protocols
- Work alongside our Catering Manager cooks and other kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and report low inventory to our Catering Manager
- Work long irregular work hours including weekends with work starting on the Monday before each homestand and continuing for the entire week while the team is in town
