  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume events

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and present food items according to recipes and event specifications
  • Coordinate with event planners and clients to understand catering needs, dietary restrictions, and special requests
  • Set up catering stations, buffet lines, and dining areas professionally and appealingly
  • Manage inventory ensuring food supplies are fresh, properly stored, and replenished as needed
  • Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Assist with cleanup and breakdown of catering setups promptly after events
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues during events
