Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present food items according to recipes and event specifications
- Coordinate with event planners and clients to understand catering needs, dietary restrictions, and special requests
- Set up catering stations, buffet lines, and dining areas professionally and appealingly
- Manage inventory ensuring food supplies are fresh, properly stored, and replenished as needed
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Assist with cleanup and breakdown of catering setups promptly after events
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues during events
