  • 3 plus years supervisory experience
  • ServSafe Certification
  • knowledge of proper table service techniques and design preferred
  • proficient in MS Office
  • ability to learn event management software

Job Duties

  • Maintain excellent public relations with customers, clients, staff, vendors, and community
  • achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction
  • communicate professionally with clients during events to assure their needs are met
  • build relationships with current clients in order to grow catering sales
  • promptly respond to all catering inquiries
  • maintain established food presentation and service standards
  • provide ongoing enhancements based on catering industry trends
  • update production and catering staff on event changes
  • communicate catering menu offerings effectively, considering special dietary needs
  • work with production, conference services, and sales staff to plan and coordinate events
  • prepare billing for events
  • maintain comprehensive record keeping for each catered event
  • maintain a neat and organized office area
  • perform other office duties as directed by General Manager
