Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in event management or hospitality roles such as banquet coordination, restaurant management, hotel operations, or fundraising events
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
- Ability to work long shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Professional demeanor with clients, guests, and vendors
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as the on-site lead for catered events including weddings, corporate functions, and private events
- Execute event timelines and floor plans accurately and efficiently
- Manage catering staff including servers, bartenders, porters, and culinary teams
- Coordinate with vendors such as rental companies, venues, planners, and bar services
- Oversee food service, station setups, buffet service, plated meals, and breakdown
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
- Handle guest and client needs professionally and discreetly
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Troubleshoot issues calmly and efficiently in real time
- Complete post-event wrap-up, inventory checks, and reports as needed
