Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to three years of similar or related work experience
- ability to work night and weekend shifts
- capability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- ability to perform physical activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- must pass pre-employment drug screening

- over one year up to three years of related work experience
- ability to solve practical problems
- ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages
- ability to compose original correspondence
- effective communication skills
- experience in customer service
- supervisory experience preferred
Job Duties

- handles and resolves customer issues
- determines department goals with store director
- meets with customers to determine their needs
- writes detailed orders and coordinates with kitchen and other departments
- contacts businesses to inform them about catering services
- develops exclusive catering contracts
- recommends and purchases equipment with approval
- consults customers on rental companies
- attends manager meetings and obtains baseline prices
- figures retail pricing and ensures accuracy
- prepares and oversees invoicing and bookkeeping
- maintains standard catering practices and quality control
- returns phone calls timely
- develops guidelines for department performance in manager absence
- organizes store shows and events
- ensures proper storage and temperature controls
- troubleshoots equipment and ensures maintenance
- maintains adherence to hygiene and dress code
- follows company policies and guidelines
- reports to work as scheduled
