Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- ServSafe license preferred or able to obtain one
- availability Monday-Friday 9-3 pm with flexible hours including early mornings or weekends
- reliable personal transportation with valid license and insurance
- ability to pass a background check
- strong knowledge of team leadership and goal development
- well-groomed appearance and uniform compliance
- ability to stay calm and organized in fast-paced environment
- positive and friendly attitude toward guests
- excellent written and verbal communication
- able to meet physical demands of restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- ServSafe license preferred or ability to obtain a state-approved license
- strong team leadership skills
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
- ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- execute catering operations with confidence and professionalism
- manage all aspects of catering including sales and client retention
- coordinate event execution and community outreach
- maintain company catering systems
- develop and train team members
- work closely with General Manager and Market Manager Coordinator to ensure seamless service
- build lasting customer relationships and generate new business
