Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in foodservice or commissary role preferred
- ability to maintain inventory accuracy
- ability to manage and fulfill orders within budgets
- knowledge of food safety standards
- excellent communication skills
- computer proficiency
- ability to adhere to correctional facility standards
- strong organizational abilities

Job Duties
- Order food items as needed
- maintain inventory and stock
- ensure that food items and orders are within the scope of the given budget
- fulfill and deliver food and personal hygiene orders to inmates in a timely and efficient manner
- ensure accuracy of filled orders prior to delivery
- support other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
