Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in catering, event production, or hospitality operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity
- Proficiency in event management or scheduling software such as Total Party Planner, 7Shifts, Google Workspace, Excel or Sheets
- Ability to problem-solve and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation required

Job Duties
- Manage client communications including order-taking and event confirmations
- Respond to inquiries professionally and clearly
- Direct incoming leads to sales team members
- Support outbound sales to local businesses and universities
- Collect post-event feedback for improvement
- Update and maintain banquet event orders and production workbooks
- Post and distribute finalized documentation to relevant teams
- Prepare menus, buffet cards, and event binders
- Collect contracts and process payments
- Oversee daily operations of drop-off catering program
- Build client relationships and seek new business opportunities
- Ensure accuracy in orders and timely deliveries
- Partner with kitchen and sales teams to streamline operations
- Track performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Support large-scale event production with staffing and scheduling
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture through collaboration and feedback
