In 2021, MML Hospitality ventured into the hotel industry with the opening of Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans. This 75-room boutique hotel, originally built in 1861, has been thoughtfully restored and reimagined to include multiple dining venues, a pool, courtyards, and a ByGeorge boutique.

Revitalization of Lake Austin Institutions

The company's expansion continued with the acquisition and revitalization of Ski Shores Café, a beloved Lake Austin institution. MML Hospitality introduced Lou's, a casual café, at the Barton Springs location and reopened the Lake Austin location with an updated menu and ambiance.
