Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and seating them at an appropriate table
  • Taking reservations and ascertaining any special needs a guest may have
  • Assisting with general host duties to maintain smooth foodservice operations
  • Communicating effectively with the kitchen and service staff to manage seating and guest flow
  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the host area
  • Supporting team members as necessary to ensure a quality dining experience
