Job Duties
- Greeting guests and seating them at an appropriate table
- Taking reservations and ascertaining any special needs a guest may have
- Assisting with general host duties to maintain smooth foodservice operations
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen and service staff to manage seating and guest flow
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the host area
- Supporting team members as necessary to ensure a quality dining experience
