Job Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Proactively greet and engage guests with enthusiasm
- Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders, offering knowledgeable suggestions and upselling specials
- Master the sequence of service to ensure timely delivery of all courses, beverages, and requests
- Maintain a deep and current understanding of menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, and allergen information
- Manage table organization and guest needs, addressing concerns promptly
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers to ensure smooth operations
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
