Job Duties
- Proactively greet and engage guests with enthusiasm
- efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders, offering knowledgeable suggestions and upselling specials
- master the sequence of service to ensure timely delivery of all courses, beverages, and requests
- maintain a deep and current understanding of menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, and allergen information
- manage table organization and guest needs throughout the meal
- process payments accurately, handle cash and credit transactions efficiently, and adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers
- complete opening, closing, and side work duties to ensure the dining area is pristine and ready for service
