Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a casual dining or fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain energetic and positive in a high-volume setting
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- basic math skills and cash handling experience

Job Duties
- Proactively greet and engage guests with enthusiasm
- efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders offering knowledgeable suggestions and upselling specials
- master the sequence of service to ensure timely delivery of courses and beverages
- maintain deep understanding of menu items including preparation methods and allergen information
- manage table organization and guest needs throughout the meal
- process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions
- collaborate effectively with kitchen staff hosts and other servers
- complete opening closing and side work duties as assigned
