Job Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Proactively greet and engage guests with enthusiasm
- Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders, offering knowledgeable suggestions and upselling specials
- Master the sequence of service to ensure timely delivery of all courses, beverages, and requests
- Maintain a deep understanding of all menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, and allergen information
- Manage table organization and guest needs throughout the meal, quickly addressing any concerns
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions efficiently
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers to maintain a smooth team environment
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned to ensure the dining area is pristine
