Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management, hospitality services, or business administration
  • Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proof of U.S. employment eligibility
  • Ability to pass drug test, criminal background, and credit check
  • Ability to obtain a California gambling establishment employee permit
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, and bend at neck for six or more hours daily
  • Capacity for repetitive hand movements including grasping, manipulation, pushing, pulling, and reaching
  • Willingness to work in conditions with exposure to noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, and temperature extremes
  • Ability to perform all duties with or without accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management, hospitality services, business administration, or a related field
  • Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass mandatory drug test, criminal background, and credit checks
  • Capability to obtain a California gambling establishment employee permit

Job Duties

  • Maintain a high profile on the gaming floor to ensure welcoming and timely resolution of guest complaints
  • Learn all House Rules, policies, and procedures including payout structures
  • Keep the podium balanced and maintain accurate shift reports, time off, sick reports, and overtime logs
  • Monitor table payouts to confirm proper amounts are paid to customers
  • Collaborate with department managers and General Manager in supervising personnel and ensuring efficient operation during assigned shifts
  • Maintain a high standard of guest service and promote positive customer and employee relations by active presence on the casino floor
