Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management, hospitality services, or business administration
- Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proof of U.S. employment eligibility
- Ability to pass drug test, criminal background, and credit check
- Ability to obtain a California gambling establishment employee permit
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, and bend at neck for six or more hours daily
- Capacity for repetitive hand movements including grasping, manipulation, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Willingness to work in conditions with exposure to noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, and temperature extremes
- Ability to perform all duties with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management, hospitality services, business administration, or a related field
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass mandatory drug test, criminal background, and credit checks
- Capability to obtain a California gambling establishment employee permit
Job Duties
- Maintain a high profile on the gaming floor to ensure welcoming and timely resolution of guest complaints
- Learn all House Rules, policies, and procedures including payout structures
- Keep the podium balanced and maintain accurate shift reports, time off, sick reports, and overtime logs
- Monitor table payouts to confirm proper amounts are paid to customers
- Collaborate with department managers and General Manager in supervising personnel and ensuring efficient operation during assigned shifts
- Maintain a high standard of guest service and promote positive customer and employee relations by active presence on the casino floor
