Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service
- handle cash and accounting duties
- operate cash register
- stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
- perform housekeeping duties inside and outside the casino
- mix and complete drink orders efficiently
- assist casino cashiers
- remember regular customers' names and faces
- monitor legal age requirements
- complete shift paperwork accurately
- make change accurately and manage large amounts of cash
- suggest selling and help customers with gaming machine operations
- maintain uniform standards and personal appearance
- clean restrooms, ashtrays, windows, floors, and tables
- empty trash cans and clean dishes
- clean games and keep bar furniture arranged
- use safety manual and restroom logs
- maintain casino safety and security
- answer and screen phone calls
- assist patrons in verifying wins
- record and make payouts to gaming machine winners
- report personnel situations or policy violations to manager
