Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Computer and math skills required
- Valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment

Job Duties
- Answer and manage incoming calls across all dealership departments
- Accurately balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare bank deposits
- Process cash, check and credit card receipts for Sales, Parts and Service departments
- Maintain dealer license plate inventory
- Perform light filing and scanning
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Perform other support tasks as assigned
