Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle cash accurately
- availability to work Monday through Friday with variable morning and afternoon shifts
- willingness to follow food safety and cleaning protocols
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
Job Qualifications

- ability to operate Point of Sale systems
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible part-time hours
- basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Operates Point of Sale system and performs cashier duties
- assists the Chef in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
- performs general cleaning duties including removing trash and garbage
- provides service in all retail areas including line serving
- maintains cash accuracy with receipts and makes deposits at the end of each shift
- inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- sets up serving lines ensuring food temperatures are taken, recorded, and within acceptable limits
- serves hot and cold items to customers
- keeps refrigerator stocked and rotates product using first in, first out method
- stocks pantries to correct par levels and records replenished amounts
- performs other duties as assigned
