Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to handle cash accurately
  • availability to work Monday through Friday with variable morning and afternoon shifts
  • willingness to follow food safety and cleaning protocols
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to operate Point of Sale systems
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible part-time hours
  • basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

  • Operates Point of Sale system and performs cashier duties
  • assists the Chef in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
  • performs general cleaning duties including removing trash and garbage
  • provides service in all retail areas including line serving
  • maintains cash accuracy with receipts and makes deposits at the end of each shift
  • inventories and restocks supplies and food products
  • sets up serving lines ensuring food temperatures are taken, recorded, and within acceptable limits
  • serves hot and cold items to customers
  • keeps refrigerator stocked and rotates product using first in, first out method
  • stocks pantries to correct par levels and records replenished amounts
  • performs other duties as assigned
