Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or cashier position required
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Capability to lift and move supplies as needed
- Willingness to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Availability for varying shifts including full-time and part-time
- Comply with company policies including use of protective equipment

- Ability to operate Point of Sale systems

Job Duties
- Operate Point of Sale system for cashier duties
- Assist chefs with food preparation including meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
- Perform general cleaning duties including trash removal
- Provide service in retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- Ensure cash accuracy and handle end-of-shift deposits
- Inventory and restock supplies and food products
- Set up serving lines and monitor food temperatures ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Serve hot and cold food items to customers
- Maintain refrigerator stock and rotate products using first in, first out rule
- Record replenished stock amounts and refrigerator temperatures daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
