Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in any department including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, Front-End
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to engage with guests to understand their needs
- Maintain product knowledge
- Participate in merchandising and stocking
- Adhere to professional dress code and uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to work flexible shifts across multiple departments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing extraordinary guest service
- Ability to handle physical tasks including stocking and cart retrieval
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandize and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist guests in the store while maintaining a hospitable shopping environment
- Gather shopping carts from parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties
- Present self professionally, adhering to uniform standards
