Job Duties
- Greet and engage with guests, creating genuine connections and providing top-notch service
- take guest orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience
- cross-train and perform duties across all FOH roles, including food running, barista tasks, and basic bar service
- assist with stocking, cleaning, and maintaining an organized workspace throughout the shift
- pre-buss and reset tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere
- be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed (think restocking supplies, carrying trays, or helping set up catering)
- respond quickly to guest needs or issues, resolving them with professionalism and care
- support sustainability initiatives and community involvement by embodying our values
