Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cashier or food service experience preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID-19 virus or have an approved exemption
- Availability to work 16 hours per week including day/evening shifts and every other weekend and holiday rotation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills

- Experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt from the requirement by signing a statement certifying exemption
- Compensation pay rate determined based on level of experience
Job Duties
- Provide support for the retail areas of the Food & Nutrition Department including cashier duties
- Set up all stations and perform positions
- Break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and/or placed for sale
- Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
