Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service in person and over the phone
- cash handling and multitasking with ability to research and interpret customer accounts
- experience working in a team-oriented setting, structured environment, and remotely
- experience handling customer confidential information
- ability to view a computer monitor for long hours
- ability to lift 25 pounds
- flexibility to work Monday-Thursday closing shifts and occasional weekends during peak periods

Job Duties
- Provide customer service assistance to current and prospective students and staff over the phone and in-person
- process a variety of payments such as credit card, personal checks, money orders, and cash
- provide general office support including document scanning, filing, and data entry
- manage access to student account charges and campus proceeds
- assist with research and interpretation of customer accounts
- maintain confidentiality of customer information
- perform other duties as assigned
