Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Capability to lift objects up to 30 pounds regularly
- Willingness to follow all club policies and procedures
- Reliable and predictable attendance
- Ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills in member service scenarios

- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred

Job Duties
- Process member purchases courteously and efficiently
- Verify, renew, upgrade, and offer various membership products
- Scan merchandise and ensure accurate pricing
- Collect payments via cash, check, or other methods
- Assist members at self-checkout stations and resolve technical issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line area
- Support club policies, procedures, and compliance
- Uphold the GOLD Member Standards
- Return re-sellable merchandise to sales floor
- Meet cashier productivity expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments
