Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cashier or retail experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual with regular attendance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to club standards

- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- Verify, renew, upgrade and offer membership products
- Scan merchandise accurately and efficiently
- Accept various forms of payments including cash, check, and charge payments
- Provide excellent member service and resolve member concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of the frontline department
- Assist in general club housekeeping
- Return re-sellable merchandise to the sales floor
- Manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes
- Assist members with technical difficulties
- Meet cashier productivity expectations
- Adhere to club policies and procedures
- Work in other departments as needed
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
