Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push or pull, walk and squat during shift
able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous cash handling or customer service experience a plus
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
reliable and punctual
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

Take orders from guests
process payments accurately
help guests with prizes and rewards
provide excellent customer service
maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
assist with cross-training in other positions
handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
